Taproot Farm is a new farm owned and managed by Ethan and Carlie Welch. Although they started this farm officially in 2026, it's been their dream since they first meet 10 years ago as teenagers. They work full-time on their farm together with their young family alongside and grow a great variety of beautiful vegetables and herbs.

In their own words:
"Our job is to do the best we can to feed the soil which in turn feeds the food we grow! Our favorite part about farming is having the opportunity to build a community around our farm and our vegetables."
